摘要:
目的:研究复方伤痛胶囊对气滞血瘀型创伤性膝滑膜炎的疼痛、肿胀、关节活动度等症状的影响,分析药物的作用机制。方法:70例创伤性膝滑膜炎入选患者按随机对照方法随机分为两组,对照组35例口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片,试验组35例采用口服复方伤痛胶囊治疗,配合相应治疗措施,使用JOA疗效评价标准,应用统计软件分析。结果:治疗后试验组可以改善患者的症状,减轻炎性反应,效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方伤痛胶囊在气滞血瘀型创伤性膝滑膜炎的治疗上疗效确切,药物作用明显,有临床推广价值。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the functionary mechanism of compound injury capsule on symptoms such as pain,swelling,joint mobility in qi and blood stasis type of traumatic knee synovitis. Methods:70 cases of selected patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group 35 patients. The control group was treated with oral diclofenac sodium zyban,while the experimental group with oral compound injury capsule treatment. The JOA was used as curative effect evaluation standard.The statistical analysis was done by software. Results:After treatment,the symptoms of the patients in the experimental group were improved,the inflammatory response was reduced,and the effect was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions:Compound capsule has definite curative effect and obvious medicine effect for qi and blood stasis type of traumatic knee synovitis,and it is worth to be popularized in clinic.
