摘要:
目的:观察中药湿热敷联合玻璃酸钠腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合条件的60例患者随机分成治疗组及对照组各30例,对照组给予玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射,每次20 mg,每周1次,5次为1疗程,治疗组给予中药湿热敷联合玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射,4周为1疗程。结果:治疗组临床治愈16例,好转12例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%; 对照组临床治愈9例,好转13例,无效8例,总有效率73.3%.结论:治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示中药湿热敷联合玻璃酸钠腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效显著,具有较好的临床应用价值,值得进一步推广。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the hot-wet compression of the traditional Chinese medicine combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:All 60 cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.30 cases of the control group were given intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate only,20 mg every time,once a week,and 5 times for a course.The patients of the treatment group were given the hot-wet compression of the traditional Chinese medicine combined with intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate,4 weeks for a course.Results:In the treatment group,16 cases were cured,12 cases improved,2 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.3%.In the control group,9 cases were cured,13 cases improved,8 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 73.3%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of the treatment group is better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).This shows hot-wet compression of the traditional Chinese medicine combined with intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate has good effect,and is worth further promoting.
