摘要:
目的:探讨益肾通痹方治疗膝关节炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:96例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各48例,治疗组口服益肾通痹方,对照组口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片,连续治疗4周,采用WOMAC 评分和Lequesne指数评价疗效,并观察治疗前后血、尿、便常规、肝肾功及不良反应等安全性指标。结果:两组在改善WOMAC 评分、Lequesne指数方面均有明显效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的有效率为77.1%,对照组有效率为68.8%,两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:益肾通痹方治疗膝骨关节炎安全有效,其疗效不劣于盐酸氨基葡萄糖。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Yishentongbi formulas in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis arthritis(KOA).Methods:All 96 patients with KOA were randomly divided into treatment group,which were treated with Yishentongbi formulas,and control group,which were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride(n=48 in each group)for 4 weeks.The scores of WOMAC and Lequesne index were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.The blood,urine,and stool routine,liver and kidney function and adverse reactions were observed.Results:The scores of WOMAC and Lequesne index were improving significantly between both two groups(P<0.05),the total effective rate was 77.1% and 68.8% in treatment group and control group respectively(P>0.05).There was no significant adverse reaction in both two groups.Conclusion:Yishentongbi formula is safe and effective in the treatment of KOA,and its effect is not inferior to that of the hydrochloric acid.
