摘要:
目的:评价施氏伤科三期辨证施治桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择临床确诊有桡骨远端骨折的患者70例,拟将其随机分施氏伤科三期辨证施治组(观察组)和虎力散胶囊+石膏固定组(对照组),评价治疗前后腕关节活动度、疼痛改善(VAS),并进行疗效评定。结果:纳入观察组33例,对照组31例,治疗前及治疗后3周、治疗后2月,观察组和对照组在VAS改善上,均无显著性差异(P>0.05); 在腕关节活动度上,治疗前两组无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后3周及2月均有显著性差异(P<0.05); 在疗效评定上,治疗后3周两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后2月,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:施氏伤科三期辨证施治治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效确切,近期效果尤为明显,能显著改善腕关节功能,可以作为治疗桡骨远端骨折的标准操作方案加以推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shi's three-phase traumatology syndrome differentiation in trentment of distal radius fractures. Methods: 70 patients being clinically diagnosed as distal radius fracture were randomly divided into Shi's three-phase traumatology syndrome differentiation group and Hulisan capsule plus plaster group. The wrist activity and pain relief(VAS)before and after treatment were evaluated to make efficacy evaluation.Results:33 patients were included in the study group and 31 patients in the control group. The VAS score in two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05)3 weeks before treatment and 3 weeks, 2 months after treatment. As for the wrist activity, there was no significant difference(P>0.05)before treatment, but there was significant difference 3 weeks,2 months after treatment(P<0.05).The efficacy assessment in two groups showed significant difference 3 weeks after treatment(P<0.05), but it showed no significant difference2 months after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion:Shi's three-phase traumatology syndrome differentiation has exact effect in treatment of distal radius fracture. It can significantly improve wrist function, which can be promoted as a standard method for treatment of distal radius fracture.
