摘要:
目的:探讨活血通络搽剂配合冲击波在治疗骨科慢性疼痛中的临床疗效。方法:自2011年7月-2013年12月共收治骨科慢性疼痛159例:包括肩周炎,肱骨外髁炎,胫骨内外髁炎,足底跖筋膜炎,腰肌纤维炎。分为A、B两组:A组(对照组)采用单独气压导弹冲击波治疗; B组(治疗组)加用本院自制活血通络搽剂外敷涂抹后,再行气压导弹冲击波治疗。治疗后两种方法进行比较分析,并对两组各病种间进行比较分析,结果:B组疼痛缓解率(92.5%)明显高于A组(81.0%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); B组各病种间疼痛缓解率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:活血通络搽剂配合体外冲击波方法在治疗骨科慢性疼痛中疗效显著,对所选各病种间治疗效果无明显差异。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Huoxuetongluo liniment combined with shockwave in the treatment of chronic pain in orthopedics.Methods:All 159 patients with chronic pain in orthopedics,including periarthratis of shoulder,external humeral epicondylitis,internal condyles of tibia epicondylitis,plantar aponeurositis,and lumbar muscle fiber inflammation,were treated from July 2011 to December 2013 in our department.They were divided into group A and group B.Those in group A(control group)were treated with air pressure ballistic shock wave.Those in group B(treatment group)were treated with air pressure ballistic shock wave after painting Huoxuetongluo liniment.The efficacy of the two methods and the pain response among different diseases in two groups were compared.Results:Pain response rate in group B(92.5%)was significantly higher than that in group A(81.0%,P<0.05).The pain response rate among different diseases in group B was not statistically different(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined Huoxuetongluo liniment and extracorporeal shock wave is effective for treating chronic pain in orthopedics.There is no significant difference among the treatment of various selected diseases.
