摘要:
目的:探讨腰椎小关节松解联合骶管注射当归注射液治疗腰椎骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:对2013年10月-2014年3月治疗的60例腰椎骨关节炎患者进行研究,根据纳入与排除标准,按治疗方法的不同,将60例腰椎骨关节炎患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用腰椎小关节松解联合骶管注射当归注射液治疗,对照组采用腰椎小关节松解联合骶管注射液强的松龙125 mg、地塞米松5 mg及生理盐水共10 mL.治疗前、治疗后1 d、治疗后1周、治疗后4周均采用JOA评分(15分法)对患者的临床症状体征以及功能状态进行评价,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:所有患者获得随访,随访至4周。所有病例治疗后未出现并发症。观察组与对照组在治疗后1 d、治疗后1周及治疗后4周各治疗后随访时段的JOA评分,经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于腰椎骨关节炎患者,采用腰椎小关节松解联合骶管注射中药制剂当归注射液是一种有效的治疗方法,能为临床规范化治疗此种疾病提供一定的参考。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of lumbar facet joint release combined with sacral canal injection with Angelica in the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis. Methods: All 60 patients with lumbar osteoarthritis patients were studied from October 2013 to March 2014. They were divided into two groups according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and different treatments. The patients of observation group were treated with lumbar facet joint release combined with sacral canal injection of Angelica Injection. While, the patients of treatmentgroup were treated with lumbar facet joint release combined with sacral canal injection of prednisolone 125 mg, dexamethasone 5 mg, and saline,with 10 mL together.The clinical signs and symptoms and functional status of patients were evaluated by JOA score(15 points method)1st day, 1st week, and 4th week after treatment, and the data was statistical analyzed. Results: All patients were followed up for 4 weeks. There was none complication in all cases after treatment. The JOA score was not different between two groups 1st day, 1st week, and 4th week after treatment. Conclusion: The lumbar facet joint release combined with sacral canal injection with Angelica is effective for treating lumbar osteoarthritis. It provides a reference for clinical standardization treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis.
