摘要:
目的:观察补肾活血汤治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法:对57例老年性桡骨远端骨折患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组。骨折复位、稳定固定后,治疗组予补肾活血汤内服4周,对照组不服中药,其他治疗与治疗组保持一致。通过定期X-ray复查进行桡骨远端骨折愈合评分(Radius Union Scoring System,RUSS),确定骨折愈合时间,骨折愈合后采用Gartland-Werley、PRWE(Patient-rated Wrist Evaluation)评分标准对腕关节功能进行评价。结果:RUSS评分,第2、4、6周治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义,第8周两组比较,差异无统计学意义; 治疗组(5.14±1.21)周与对照组(5.97±1.15)周骨折愈合时间比较,差异有统计学意义; Gartland-Werley评分,治疗组(6.18±2.57)与对照组(8.04±3.16)两组比较,差异有统计学意义; PRWE评分,治疗组(14.62±5.73)与对照组(18.74±6.91),两组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:补肾活血汤具有促进老年性桡骨远端骨折愈合、缩短骨折愈合时间、改善骨折后腕关节功能的作用,临床上值得推广。
Abstract:
To observe the clinical efficacy of BuShenHuoXue decoction(BSHXD)on distal radius fractures(DRFs)in elderly patients. Methods: All 57 elderly patients with DRFs were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with BSHXD for 4 weeks, while control group was treated without any other special treatment after the reduction and stable fixation. X-ray was applied to conduct the radius union scoring system(RUSS)and identify the healing time of the fractures. Functional evaluation was performed by the Gartland-Werley scoring system and the patient-rated wrist evaluation(PRWE)scale after fracture healing. Results: Compared with control group, treatment group got significantly higher scores of RUSS in the 2nd, 4th and 6th weeks, but not in the 8th week. In the case of healing time, Gartland-Werley scoring system and the PRWE scale, treatment group got significantly better results compared with control group. Conclusion: BSHXD could promote healing of DRFs in elderly patients, shorten healing time and improve the function of wrist after the fractures.
