摘要:
目的:观察半导体激光联合电动牵引治疗盘源性下腰痛的疗效。方法:将58例确诊的盘源性下腰痛患者通过使用随机数字表随机分为对照组、治疗组各29例,分别采用依托芬那酯凝胶外涂法和半导体激光联合电动牵引法治疗。治疗前后采用疼痛视觉类比评分(VAS)、改良JOA腰痛疗效问卷评分进行疗效评定。分别于治疗后3、6个月电话随访两组患者的自觉复发及不良反应发生情况。结果:(1)与治疗前比较,治疗后两组改良JOA问卷记分显著升高(P<0.05),疼痛视觉类比评分(VAS)显著降低(P<0.05); 与对照组比较,治疗组改良JOA问卷记分显著升高(P<0.05),疼痛视觉类比评分(VAS)显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)治疗结束后3个月随访,治疗组有 1 例复发,对照组有 4 例复发; 治疗结束后 6 个月随访,治疗组有 2 例复发,对照组有 9 例复发。(3)治疗组未见明显不良反应,对照组3例出现皮肤过敏反应。结论:半导体激光联合电动牵引治疗盘源性下腰痛疗效显著,复发率低,安全性高,是一种值得临床推广的治疗方案。
Abstract:
To observe the clinical curative effects of semiconductor laser and electric traction in the treatment of discogenic low back pain. Methods:Fifty-eight patients diagnosed with discogenic low back pain were randomly divided equally into 2 groups. Patients in the control group were administrated with external application of Etofenamate gel, while the treatment group received semiconductor laser and electric traction. The curative effects of the patients were evaluated from the visual analogue scale(VAS)and JOA questionnaire score. Telephone follow-up was conducted 3 and 6 months after the treatment in two groups for information of conscious recurrence and the occurrence of adverse reaction. Results:(1)Compared with before treatment, M-JOA questionnaire score was significantly increased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05), and VAS decreased significantly(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, M-JOA questionnaire score in the treatment group was significantly increased(P<0.05), while VAS decreased significantly(P<0.05).(2)There was 1 case of recurrence in treatment group and 4 in control group 3 moths after the treatment. At 6 months' follow-up, there were 2 cases of recurrence in treatment group and 9 in control group.(3)The treatment group showed no obvious adverse reaction, while 3 cases in control group showed skin allergic reaction. Conclusion:The therapy of semiconductor laser combined with electric traction in the treatment of discogenic low back pain has obvious curative effect, low recurrence rate, and high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
