摘要:
目的:观察玻璃酸钠注射液与正清风痛宁注射液联合治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2024年6月至2025年5月治疗的肩周炎患者108例,按照随机数字表法分为正清风痛宁组、玻璃酸钠组、联合治疗组各36例。正清风痛宁组予正清风痛宁注射液50 mg+2%利多卡因1 mL+0.9%NaCl溶液2 mL于患侧穴位注射; 玻璃酸钠组予玻璃酸钠注射液25 mg在患侧肩关节腔注射; 联合治疗组予正清风痛宁注射液50 mg+2%利多卡因1 mL+0.9%NaCl溶液2 mL患侧穴位注射+玻璃酸钠注射液25 mg患侧肩关节腔注射。三组治疗方式均1周1次,共进行5周,采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Constant-Murley评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分对疗效进行整体评估。结果:与治疗前相比,三组患者治疗后的VAS评分和PSQI评分均降低,Constant-Murley评分升高,且联合治疗组患者评分改善优于正清风痛宁组和玻璃酸钠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在治疗总有效率方面,联合治疗组患者临床总有效率为97.22%,正清风痛宁组临床总有效率为77.78%,玻璃酸钠组临床总有效率为72.22%,联合治疗组临床总有效率显著高于另外两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃酸钠联合正清风痛宁治疗可以明显改善肩周炎的治疗效果,为该病的临床治疗提供了新的思路和方法。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning on frozen shoulder.Methods:108 frozen shoulder patients from June 2024 to May 2025 were divided into Zhengqing Fengtongning group(n=36),sodium hyaluronate group(n=36)and combined treatment group(Zhengqing Fengtongning + sodium hyaluronate,n=36)according to random sampling method.The Zhengqing Fengtongning group received intramuscular injections of Zhengqing Fengtongning(50 mg),2% lidocaine(1 mL),and normal saline(2 mL)at acupoints on the affected side.The sodium hyaluronate group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection 25 mg at the affected side articular cavity.The Zhengqing Fengtongning + sodium hyaluronate group was treated with the operation of Zhengqing Fengtongning group firstly,and then the sodium hyaluronate group.All three groups were treated once a week for 5 weeks.Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,Constant-Murley scores,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores were used to evaluate the overall treatment efficacy.Results:Compared with before treatment,the VAS scores and PSQI scores of patients in all three groups decreased after treatment,whereas the Constant-Murley scores increased.Moreover,the improvement in scores among patients in the combined treatment group was significantly greater than that in the Zhengqing Fengtongning group and the sodium hyaluronate group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).In terms of overall treatment effectiveness rate,the clinical overall effectiveness rate in the combined treatment group was 97.22%,compared to 77.78% in the Zhengqing Fengtongning group and 72.22% in the sodium hyaluronate group.The overall effectiveness rate in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than those in the other two groups,with a statistically significant difference(Pt;0.05).Conclusion:The combination of sodium hyaluronate and Zhengqing Fengtongning can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of frozen shoulder,providing new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of this disease.
