摘要:
齐越峰主任医师认为“筋出槽、骨错缝”导致的颈部筋骨失衡与颈性眩晕关系密切,手法治疗遵循“首重筋结,松筋正骨”原则,采用静态松筋和动态松筋手法结合的方法对颈部筋结进行松解,恢复颈部筋骨之间张力和功能平衡,运用清宫正骨旋扳手法可有效纠正颈部紊乱的关节。松筋手法与正骨手法相结合,可以恢复筋骨间的协调性和稳定性,骨正筋柔、气血以流,从而改善颈性眩晕症状。
Abstract:
Chief physician Qi Yuefeng believes that the imbalance of neck muscles and bones caused by “muscle groove and bone misalignment” is closely related to cervical vertigo.Manual therapy follows the principle of “prioritizing tendon structure and relaxing tendons and bones”,using a combination of static and dynamic tendon relaxation techniques to release the neck tendon structure,restore tension and functional balance between the neck muscles and bones,and effectively correct neck joint disorders using the Qinggong Zhenggu rotary wrench method.The combination of loosening muscle technique and bone setting technique can effectively restore the coordination and stability between muscles and bones,promote the softness of bones and tendons,and facilitate the flow of Qi and blood,thereby improving the symptoms of cervical vertigo.
