摘要:
目的:探究汉派骨伤三联疗法联合富血小板血浆注射治疗髋关节撞击综合征的疗效。方法:选取2023年11月至2024年2月收治的120例髋关节撞击综合征患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)、治疗组(30例)、传统组(30例)和联合治疗组(30例)。对照组为常规治疗+靶点封闭治疗,治疗组为常规治疗+汉派骨伤三联疗法治疗,传统组为常规治疗+富血小板血浆注射治疗,联合治疗组为常规治疗+汉派骨伤三联疗法+富血小板血浆注射治疗。四组患者均连续治疗3个月,比较四组患者治疗前及治疗3个月后疗效、凝血功能、HHS评分、NAHS评分、血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α浓度水平。结果:治疗后联合治疗组、传统组、治疗组和对照组的疗效比较,联合治疗组总有效率最高,差异有统计学意义(H=8.796,P<0.05)。治疗后联合治疗组、传统组、治疗组和对照组的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α浓度降低,联合治疗组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=21.850,14.440,23.640,27.190,55.760,P<0.05)。治疗后联合治疗组、传统组、治疗组和对照组HHS评分及NAHS评分升高,联合治疗组更高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.000,4.059,P<0.05)。结论:汉派骨伤三联疗法联合富血小板血浆注射治疗髋关节撞击综合征效果较好。
Abstract:
Objective:To exploring efficacy of Han style bone injury triple therapy combined with platelet rich plasma injection in the treatment of hip impingement syndrome.Methods:A total of 120 patients with hip joint impingement syndrome to our hospital were selected and divided into the control group(30 cases),the treatment group(30 cases),the traditional group(30 cases)and the combined treatment group(30 cases)in accordance with the method of randomized numerical table from November 2023 to February 2024.The control group was treated with conventional treatment + target closure therapy,the treatment group was treated with conventional treatment + Han style orthopedic injury triple therapy,the traditional group was treated with conventional treatment + platelet rich plasma injection,and the combined treatment group was treated with conventional treatment + Han style orthopedic injury triple therapy + platelet rich plasma injection.Four groups were treated continuously for 3 months,and the treatment efficacy,coagulation function,HHS score,NAHS score,serum IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α levels were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the combined treatment group had the highest total effective rate among the traditional group,the treatment group and the control group(H=8.796,P<0.05).After treatment,the prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-α were reduced in the combined treatment group,the traditional group,the treatment group and control group,while the combined treatment group had lower levels(t=21.850,14.440,23.640,27.190,55.760,P<0.05).After treatment,the HHS score and NAHS score of the combined treatment group,the traditional group,the treatment group and the control group increased,while the combined treatment group had higher scores(t=3.000,4.059,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Han style bone injury triple therapy and platelet rich plasma injection is effective in treating femoroacetabular impingement syndrome.
