摘要:
目的:设置低能量、中能量、中高能量、高能量四组能量参数,采用循经取穴法探讨体外冲击波治疗肱骨外上髁炎的最优能量参数。方法:2022年10月至2024年12月收治的160例肱骨外上髁炎患者,通过随机数字表法分为低能量组、中能量组、中高能量组、高能量组四组(各40例),均治疗4周。入组后和治疗结束后1个月,采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、肘关节活动功能评价并接受肌骨超声检测进行评估。结果:低能量组、中能量组、中高能量组、高能量组有效率分别为69.2%,90.0%,80.0%和71.8%,经组间比较统计学检验,四组患者间疗效差异有统计学意义。结论:四组患者体外冲击波穴位治疗肱骨外上髁炎均有镇痛效果,中能量体外冲击波效果最优。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the optimal energy parameters of extracorporeal shock wave therapy for lateral epicondylitis of the humerus by using the meridian-based acupoint selection method with 4 groups of energy parameters,namely low,medium,medium-high and high.Methods:From October 2022 to December 2024,160 patients with lateral epicondylitis of the humerus were divided into 4 groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The 160 patients was divided into 4 groups:the low-energy group(with one case of dropout),the medium-energy group,the medium-high energy group,and the high-energy group(with one case of dropout).All 4 groups were treated for 4 weeks.After enrollment and one month after the end of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,elbow joint movement function evaluation,and musculoskeletal ultrasound detection were used for assessment.Results:The effective rate was 69.2% in the low-energy group,90.0% in the medium-energy group,80.0% in the medium-high energy group,and 71.8% in the high energy group.Through statistical tests of intergroup comparison,the therapeutic effects among the 4 groups were statistically significant.Conclusion:All 4 groups of extracorporeal shock wave acupoint therapy for lateral epicondylitis of the humerus have analgesic effects,and the medium-energy extracorporeal shock wave has the best effect.
