摘要:
匡建军教授基于手三阳手三阴经经络循行理论,辨病在经络。在分经论治的基础上,针对神经根型颈椎病上肢不同疼痛部位特点配伍具有“引经报使”作用的药物,包括手太阴经与手阳明经白芷升麻,手少阳经与手厥阴经柴胡,手太阳小肠经与手少阴心经羌胡独活,多条经络合病川芎桂枝,使诸药有的放矢,从而提高上肢疼痛麻木为主证的患者的治疗效果,具有一定的临床指导意义。
Abstract:
This article introduces the clinical experience of Professor Kuang Jianjun in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Professor Kuang Jianjun treats upper limb pain and numbness caused by nerve root compression in nerve root cervical spondylosis,summarized the corresponding relationship between the meridians and the cervical nerve root,based on the theory of the meridian circulation of the three Yang and three Yin meridians of the hand,differed of diseases in meridians,and used drugs with the function of “acting as the messenger to guide the channel” in his prescription,based on the division of meridians and the treatment of different parts of the pain area.Based on the differentiation of meridians,the drugs with the function of “hannel-guiding drug” were used for different pain areas,including Angelica dahurica and Rhizoma Cimicifuga in the hand Taiyin meridian and hand Yangming meridian,Bupleuri Radix in the hand Shaoyang meridian and hand Syncopal meridian,Qianghuo and Angelica pubescentis radix in the hand Sun and Small Intestine meridians and the hand Shaoyang and Heart meridians,and multipling meridians combined Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Ramulus Cinnamomi.
