摘要:
归纳分析孙树椿教授运用腰椎斜扳法治疗腰椎疾患的临床施术经验,介绍该手法的技术要点及施术原则。通过剖析清宫正骨流派学术思想中“筋喜柔恶刚”的理念来源,阐述以孙树椿教授为代表的清宫正骨流派腰椎斜扳法的施术经验。要求操作腰椎斜扳法前对筋肉进行充分放松,并采用一次性轻巧发力的方式。孙树椿教授认为“筋喜柔恶刚” 理念对腰椎斜扳法等正骨手法具有关键指导价值,重视筋肉的有效松解有利于提升一次性发力的成功率。
Abstract:
This paper focuses on professor Sun Shuchun's clinical operation experience in treating lumbar diseases with the lumbar oblique traction method,aiming to introduce the technical key points and operation principles of this manipulation.By analyzing the origin and understanding of the concept of “tendons prefer softness to rigidity” in the academic thoughts of the Qinggong Bone-Setting School,the operation experience of the lumbar oblique traction method of the Qinggong Bone-Setting School represented by professor Sun Shuchun is expounded.It is required to fully relax the muscles and tendons before operating the lumbar oblique traction method and to use a one-time,light and dexterous force application method.Professor Sun Shuchun believes that the concept of “tendons prefer softness to rigidity” has crucial guiding value for bone-setting manipulations such as the lumbar oblique traction method.Paying attention to the effective relaxation of muscles and tendons is conducive to improving the success rate of one-time force application.
