摘要:
目的:探讨足背六边形皮瓣联合Z形皮瓣治疗先天性足第四、五并趾伴重复小趾畸形的临床效果。方法:自2021年12月至2024年2月收治的先天性足第四、五并趾伴重复小趾畸形患者12例(14足),均采用足背六边形皮瓣联合Z形皮瓣治疗。结果:所有患者术中未植皮,均直接缝合创面,皮瓣全部成活。末次随访时,所有趾蹼深度、宽度满意,未发生趾蹼前移,小趾活动正常。结论:本术式无需植皮,术后外形美观,小趾活动功能正常。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combination of hexagonal dorsal foot flap and Z-shaped flap in the treatment of congenital syndactyly of the 4th and 5th toes with duplicated small toes.Methods:From December 2021 to February 2024,a total of 12 patients(14 feet)with this condition were treated with a combination of hexagonal and Z-shaped dorsal foot flaps.Results:All patients underwent reconstruction of toe webs using a hexagonal dorsal flap.All patients did not undergo skin grafting during the surgery and the wound was directly sutured,and all skin flaps survived.At the last follow-up,all toe web depths and widths were satisfactory,no toe web displacement occurred,and little toe movement was normal.Conclusion:The dorsalis pedis hexagonal flap combined with Z-shaped flap avoids the need for skin grafting.Postoperatively,the appearance is aesthetically pleasing,and the movement function of the small toe is normal.
