摘要:
目的:观察南少林正骨手法治疗老年桡骨远端伸直型骨折的临床疗效。方法:对2022年1月至2024年6月收治的92例老年桡骨远端伸直型骨折患者采用南少林正骨手法治疗,通过比较复位前后及复位后3个月的影像学指标、Cooney腕关节评分来综合评价临床疗效。结果:92例老年桡骨远端伸直型骨折患者均完成治疗并随访,手法平均复位次数为(1.11±0.31)次,手法复位后即刻及复位后3个月的掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨茎突长度均高于复位前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 复位后3个月的Cooney腕关节评分高于复位前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 腕关节功能在末次随访时的优良率为95.65%。结论:南少林正骨手法治疗老年桡骨远端伸直型骨折临床效果好,可有效复位骨折,提高腕关节功能恢复效果,具有“简、便、廉”的优点,对于腕关节功能要求较低的老年患者是一种合适的治疗方法。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Southern Shaolin bone-setting manipulation on the treatment of elderly patients with extension fracture of the distal radius.Methods:A total of 92 elderly patients with extension fracture of the distal radius from January 2022 to June 2024 were treated with Southern Shaolin bone-setting manipulation.The comparison results of the radiographic parameters and Cooney wrist scores before reduction,after reduction and 3 months after reduction were used to evaluated the clinical efficacy.Results:92 elderly patients with extension fracture of the distal radius were completely treated and followed up.The average reduction times were 1.11±0.31,the angle of palmar inclination,ulnar declination and the length of radial styloid after reduction and 3 months after reduction were higher than those before reduction,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Cooney wrist scores at 3 months after reduction were higher than those before reduction,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of excellent and good wrist joint function was 95.65% at the last follow-up.Conclusion:Southern Shaolin bone-setting manipulation on the treatment of elderly patients with extension fracture of the distal radius can achieve good clinical efficacy,which can effectively regain the bone and enhance the recovery effect of wrist joint function.Southern Shaolin bone-setting manipulation has the advantages of “simple,convenient and cheap”,which is a suitable treatment method for elderly patients with low wrist joint function requirements.
