摘要:
目的:观察督灸在治疗脾肾阳虚型老年低骨量患者中的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将40例脾肾阳虚型老年低骨量患者,应用督灸干预3个月后进行疗效评价,主要观察指标包括非优势侧桡骨远端1/3的骨密度(BMD)、腰背部疼痛评分、骨代谢标志物(Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(B-ALP)、β胶原降解产物(β-CTX))及其安全性。结果:督灸治疗脾肾阳虚型老年低骨量的有效率为92.5%。在接受督灸治疗后,患者骨代谢标志物Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽及骨特异性碱性磷酸酶水平呈现上升态势,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分有所下降,相较于治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 骨密度较前有所升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 骨代谢标志物Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽CTX水平变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应发生率为5%(2/40)。结论:督灸可缓解脾肾阳虚型老年低骨量患者的临床症状,可激活成骨代谢活性、增加骨形成。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Du moxibustion in the treatment of elderly patients with low bone mass of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency.Methods:40 elderly patients with low bone mass of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type were treated with Du moxibustion for 3 months.The curative effect was evaluated.The bone mineral density(BMD),low back pain score,bone metabolism markers(type Ⅰ procollagen amino-terminal propeptide(PINP),bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(B-ALP),β-collagen degradation product(β-CTX))of the non-dominant side of the distal 1/3 of the radius were evaluated,and its safety was evaluated.Results:The effective rate of Du moxibustion in the treatment of low bone mass in the elderly with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency was 92.5%.After receiving Du moxibustion treatment,the BMD of the patients was higher than before,but the difference was not statistically significant.The levels of bone metabolic markers PINP and B-ALP showed an upward trend,which were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).At the same time,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score decreased,and the difference was also significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5%(2/40).Conclusion:Du moxibustion can relieve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with low bone mass of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type,activate the activity of osteogenic metabolism and increase bone formation.
