摘要:
目的:观察对急性腰椎小关节紊乱患者采用可视化针刀联合医用臭氧(Ozone,O3)治疗的临床疗效。方法:抽取68名腰椎小关节紊乱患者,随机分成观察组和对照组(各34例)。观察组患者采用超声下小针刀与O3联合治疗,对照组患者采用小针刀联合O3治疗。两组患者1周治疗1次,连续2次为1个疗程。然后对两组患者治疗前、首次治疗后和疗程结束后的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会(JOA)腰痛治疗评分、改良版的腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分以及治疗前后超声影像下腰椎小关节间隙进行比较。结果:治疗后两组患者VAS评分及ODI评分均下降(P<0.05),且观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。JOA腰痛评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组中关节间隙恢复优于对照组(P<0.05),以上差异均有统计学意义。观察组患者治疗有效率为94.12%,对照组患者治疗有效率为76.47%。结论:可视化针刀联合O3治疗急性腰椎小关节紊乱的疗效好,精准且安全,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of visualization needle-knife combined with medical ozone(O3)on the treatment of acute lumbar facet joint disorder.Methods:A total of 68 lumbar facet joint disorder patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,34 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with visualization needle-knife combined with O3 under ultrasound,and the control group was treated with small needle-knife combined with O3.The two groups of patients were treated once a week,and two consecutive sessions were taken as a course.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,modified lumbar Oswestry disability index(ODI)score and lumbar facet joint space under ultrasound images were compared between the two groups before treatment,after the first treatment and after the treatment.Results:After treatment,VAS and ODI scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The JOA low back pain score was increased(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The joint space recovery in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the above differences were statistically significant.The effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%.The effective rate of the control group was 76.47%.Conclusion:Visualization needle-knife combined with O3 is effective,accurate and safe on the treatment of acute lumbar facet joint disorder,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
