摘要:
股骨头坏死是一种难治性疾病,其主要临床表现为患髋疼痛、活动受限、跛行等症状,冠以“骨痹”“骨蚀”等病名。赵文海教授在股骨头坏死的诊治上有着丰富的临床经验,指出股骨头坏死的病机为本虚标实,以肝脾肾虚为本,痰浊瘀血为标,发病之源在于肾虚骨枯,肝虚筋弱,脾虚失运,痰瘀互结。治疗中应重点着眼于虚、痰、瘀,主张以补肝脾肾,化痰逐瘀为治则,遣方用药时强调多脏同调、通补兼施、藤虫并行,临床疗效显著,为中医药治疗股骨头坏死提供参考。
Abstract:
Osteonecrosis of the femoral head is a refractory disease,the main clinical manifestations of which are hip pain,limited mobility,and claudication symptoms,which are known as bone impediment and bone erosion.Professor Zhao Wenhai has accumulated extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head.Professor Zhao Wenhai believes that the pathogenesis of necrosis of the femoral head is based on the deficiency of the liver,spleen and kidney,with phlegm and blood stasis as the symptoms.The source of morbidity lies in kidney deficiency and bone withering,liver deficiency and tendon weakness,spleen deficiency and loss of transportation,and phlegm and stasis inter-conjugation.Clinical treatment should focus on deficiency,phlegm,and stasis.The main principle of treatment is to tonify the liver,spleen and kidney,resolve phlegm and expel blood stasis.The treatment advocates multi-visceral co-regulation,Tong and tonic concurrently,and rattan and insect concurrently,with remarkable clinical efficacy,which provides a reference for the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head by traditional Chinese medicine.
