摘要:
目的:探讨牵引旋摇手法复位Die-punch骨折(桡骨远端月骨关节面压缩骨折)的疗效。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年7月收治的134例Die-punch骨折患者进行回顾性分析,均施牵引旋摇手法复位治疗,分析复位成功率。结果:134例Die-punch骨折患者中,有95.52%(128例)复位成功,4.48%(6例)复位失败转手术治疗。128例手法整复治疗成功的患者中,腕关节功能优良率为95.31%。复位后的掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨茎突长度均高于复位前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牵引旋摇手法复位治疗Die-punch骨折患者能够获得良好的临床复位效果,能帮助患者恢复腕关节功能。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the efficacy of traction-swing manipulation for reduction of Die-punch fractures(compression fractures of the lunate articular surface of the distal radius).Methods:A total of 134 patients with Die-punch fractures admitted from January 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects for retrospective analysis, and traction-swing manipulation for reduction was performed on them to analyze the success rate of reduction.Results:Among 134 patients with Die-punch fracture, 95.52%(128 cases)were successfully reduced, and 4.48%(6 cases)were transferred to surgery for reduction failure. The rate of excellent and good wrist joint function was 95.31% in 128 patients with successful manipulative reconstructive treatment. The palmetto angle, ulnar declination angle and radial styloid length after reduction were higher than those before reduction(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Traction-swing manipulation reduction on the treatment of Die-punch fractures can achieve good clinical results, and can effectively help patients recover the function of the wrist joint.
