摘要:
目的:观察针刺运动疗法联合松筋整脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:采用针刺双侧后溪穴后配合运动疗法,联合松筋整脊手法,于2017年12月至2018年12月治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者40例。治疗3周后,采用腰椎JOA功能评分和国家中医药管理局医政局发布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中的疗效评定标准来评定患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗前JOA评分为(14.37±2.15)分,治疗结束后为(24.83±1.78)分,治疗后JOA评分较治疗前明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.01)。该治疗方案治愈21例,好转17例,未愈2例,总有效率为95%.治疗结束后随访38例,3个月内无复发,JOA评分为(26.57±1.85)分,6个月内复发2例,JOA评分为(22.65±2.47)分,复发率为5.3%.结论:针刺运动疗法联合松筋整脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,临床疗效肯定,复发率低且安全、简便。
