摘要:
目的:研究敦煌医方四时常服方对镉染毒大鼠骨和肾功能的影响。方法:将6组大鼠按照第一组(空白对照组)腹腔注射0.9%NaCl,其余五组(模型组、乙酰半胱氨酸组、四时常服方高中低剂量组)均腹腔注射0.1%氯化镉,1.5 mg/kg注射(相当于1.5 mL/kg),每周5次,共5周。染毒的同时,分别给予相应干预,乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片溶液(5.4 mg/mL)1 mL/100 g、四时常服方各种剂量(2.6 g/mL,中1.3 g/mL,低0.65 g/mL)1 mL/100 g灌胃治疗,每天1次,连续5周。最后一次注射后,取血检测。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清钙(Ca2+)、磷(P)、骨钙素显著降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 与模型组比较,乙酰半胱氨酸组、四时常服方高中低剂量组大鼠血清钙、磷、骨钙素(OC)显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(TRACP-5b)、尿素氮(BUN)显著升高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 与模型组比较,乙酰半胱氨酸组、四时常服方高中低剂量组大鼠血清碱性磷酸酶、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b、尿素氮显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四时常服方对于镉染毒大鼠骨和肾功能具有一定的修复作用。
Abstract:
Objective:To study the Dunhuang Sishichangfu prescription on bone and renal function in rats infected with cadmium.Methods:The rats were divided into six groups.The first group was injected intraperitoneally with normal saline,the remaining five groups were injected intraperitoneally with 0.1% cadmium chloride,1.5 mg/kg,equivalent to 1.5 mL/kg,five times a week for 5 weeks.At the same time the rats were given corresponding intervention respectively:acetylcysteine effervescent tablets solution(5.4 mg/mL)1 mL/100 g,Sishichangfu prescription of the various doses(high 2.6 g/mL,medium 1.3 g/mL,low 0.65 g/mL)1 mL/100 g were given by gavage,once a day for five weeks.After the last injection,blood tests were taken.Results:Compared with the blank control group,the level of serum calcium(Ca2+),phosphorus(P)and osteocalcin(OC)were decreased significantly in the model group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the level of serum Ca2+,P and OC were increased significantly in the acetylcysteine group and Sishichangfu prescription of high and low doses groups(P<0.05).Compared with the blank control group,serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b(TRACP-5b)and urea nitrogen(BUN)were significantly increased in the model group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the level of serum ALP,TRACP-5b and BUN were decreased significantly in the acetylcysteine group and Sishichangfu prescription of high and low doses groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sishichangfu prescription has a certain repair effect on bone and renal function in rats infected with cadmium.
