摘要:
目的：研究内服中药对半月板损伤术后关节功能康复的影响。方法：60例确诊为半月板损伤行关节镜修复或缝合术的病例，采用简单随机法设置观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组术后口服桃红四物汤合五苓散加减中药，对照组采用常规功能康复，两组于术后1周、2周、4周随访，通过疼痛指数（VAS法）评分、股四头肌萎缩程度、关节活动范围和膝关节Lysholm评分，进行安全性和有效性评价。结果：1）疼痛指数（VAS法）评分和膝关节Lysholm评分：术后1周组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术后2周组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术后4周组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。2）肌肉萎缩程度和关节活动范围：术后1周组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术后2周组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；术后4周组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：半月板损伤关节镜术后配合口服桃红四物汤合五苓散加减中药，在疼痛指数（VAS法）评分和膝关节Lysholm评分方面存在有效提高，在改善肌肉萎缩程度和关节活动范围方面无明显差异。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the effect of internal traditional Chinese medicine on functional recovery after sugery under arthroscope for meniscus injury treatment.Methods: Sixty patients diagnosed as unilateral knee meniscus injury and underwent the meniscal repair surgery or meniscus suture surgery under arthroscope were collected. They were divided into experimental group and control group randomly, each group 30 patients. The observation group took Taohong Siwu decoction combined Wulingsan postoperatively and the control group with conventional functional rehabilitation. Both two groups were followed up for 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks postoperatively. The pain index (VAS method), quadriceps atrophy degree, range of joint motion and Lysholm knee score were used to make safety and effectiveness evaluation. Results: The pain index score (VAS method)and Lysholm knee score 1 week after surgery between two groups showed no significant difference (P＞ 0.05).There were significant differences 2 weeks (P＜0.05)and 4 weeks (P＜0.01) after surgery. The quadriceps atrophy degree and range of joint motion 1 week postoperative between two groups showed no significant difference(P＞0.05).There was significant differences between two groups 2 weeks postoperative(P＜0.01), but there was no statistical difference 4 weeks postoperative(P＞0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the Conventional Rehabilitation，internal use of Taohongsiwu and Wulingsan could more effectively reduce the pain of knee and improve the function of knee for the patients underwent the arthroscopic surgery, while it is not effective for the muscle atrophy and the range of the joint activities.
