摘要:
目的:总结分析寒湿(肾虚)型腰椎间盘突出症的用药规律。方法:以《药物集成III中成药(一)》、《药物集成IV中成药(二)》、《药物集成V中成药及民族药制剂》为搜索来源,以“腰(腿)痛”、“痹症”、“腰椎间盘突出”、“坐骨神经痛”为搜索词进行检索。根据功效或适应证确定所属寒湿型或寒湿兼肾虚型。采用系统聚类法对高频使用的中药进行聚类、关联规则分析,寻找中成药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的用药规律。结果:共搜索到中成药31条,其中寒湿型21条,涉及用药83味,寒湿兼肾虚型10条,涉及用药77味。祛风散寒、除湿止痛类、补益肝肾、强壮筋骨类、活血化瘀类是其组方配伍的主要规律。结论:寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症可选用风痛宁片或独活寄生丸为基本方化裁,需加大祛风散寒、除湿止痛类及活血化瘀类药物的选用,寒湿兼肾虚型选用独活寄生丸治疗。
Abstract:
To summarize and analyze the medication regularity of cold dampness(kidney deficiency)type lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods: Using drug integration III chinese patent medicine(1), drug integration IV chinese patent medicine(2), drug integration V chinese patent medicine and national drug agents as the search source, and “waist(leg)pain,” “arthralgia syndrome” “lumbar disc herniation,” “sciatica” as search terms. The type was determined according to the efficacy or indications. Looking for the rules of chinese patent medicine in treating LDH. Results: A total of 31 items of chinese patent medicine was searched out, including 21 cases of cold dampness type and 83 medication taste involved.10 cases cold dampness inclusions kidney deficiency and 77 medication taste involved. Dispelling pathogenic wind and cold, dehumidification pain, invigorating liver and kidney, strengthening sinews and bones, promoting blood circulation is the main rule of prescription compatibility. Conclusion: Fengtongning tablets or Duhuojisheng decoction can be used for cold dampness type lumbar disc herniation and medicine that dispelling pathogenic wind and cold, dispelling dampness and relieving pain, promoting blood circulation should be added in. Duhuojisheng decoction was used for cold dampness(kidney deficiency)type.
