摘要:
目的:观察小针刀配合手法治疗颈椎病的效果。方法:将颈椎病患者102例,均衡分为治疗组(小针刀组)、对照组(电针组)各51例,2组病例均配合手法治疗,治疗2周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率70.59%,总有效率100%; 对照组治愈率39.22%,总有效率84.31%; 2组治愈率及有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)).结论:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
To observe the curative effect of treatment of cervical spondylosis by micro-needle intervention plus manipulation.Methods:102 patients with cervical spondylosis were divided into the experimental group(treated with micro-needle intervention plus manipulation)and the control group(treated with electroacupuncture plus manipulation),51 cases in each group. 2 weeks after the treatment, the curative effect was observed. Results:The curative rate and the total effective rate were 70.59% and 100% respectively in the experimental group,while those were found to be 39.22% and 84.31% respectively in the control group. There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group, and it is worth of wide application in clinic.
